GST -Goods and Service Tax Act Updates




  • GST Council decided to give relaxation to the assesses for submission of returns for the first two months i.e. July and August 2017. Tax for these two months will be payable on the basis of a simplified return whereas the detailed returns will be required to be filed subsequently.

  • GST migration to be reopened on 25th June and will remain open beyond 1st July even for those who have not activated their provisional id. Source:gst.gov.in

  • GST: Assesses who have applied for Migration & received ARN (Ask Ref No) download Provisional Registration Certificate from www.gst.gov.in wef 27.6.17.
  • Special session of parliament on 30/06/17President to ring bell at midnight to announce GST implementation.
